樂昌市安捷鐵路軌枕有限公司座落在廣東省樂昌市城郊老虎頭,武水河畔,毗鄰京廣鐵路,交通便利。其前身為樂昌采石場，始建于解放前，1959年，由廣州鐵路局正式接管。1994年11月28日，由廣州鐵路工務(wù)大修工程總公司投資興建，成立廣州鐵路工務(wù)大修工程總公司樂昌軌枕廠。1998年，原廣州鐵路工務(wù)大修工程總公司撤并，樂昌軌枕廠劃歸廣鐵集團(tuán)羊城鐵路總公司管轄。2000年至2002年，樂昌軌枕廠實(shí)行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子三年集體承包經(jīng)營。2003年，企業(yè)進(jìn)行股份制改革，由廣鐵集團(tuán)羊城鐵路總公司多元中心出資57.8%，公司工會(huì)社團(tuán)法人出資42.2%，成立樂昌市安捷鐵路軌枕有限公司。2005年，羊城鐵路總公司撤銷，樂昌市安捷鐵路軌枕有限公司控股股東變更為新成立的廣鐵集團(tuán)羊城鐵路實(shí)業(yè)發(fā)展總公司。從采石場到軌枕廠，經(jīng)過幾代人的艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)，企業(yè)由小到大，由弱到強(qiáng)，一步一個(gè)腳印向前，公司的成長歷程，就是一段催人奮進(jìn)的贊歌。
